Our service agreements keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. At $185 per system, with two visits included, its a sure fire way to know that your system will be reliable when you need it most!

Service Agreements include a multitude of preventative maintenance tasks specific to the season and your HVAC system to ensure your HVAC system is operating at its full potential. Service agreement costumers are also receive prioritized scheduling for any repairs.

Our Tune-ups Include

• Full visual equipment inspection

• Tighten all electrical connections

• Clean and adjust main gas burners

• Clean and adjust ignition/pilot assembly

• Brush and clean the heat exchanger

• Clean combustion chambers

• Vacuum blower compartment return airdrop

• Inspect flue assembly

• Test and inspect furnace safety controls

• Replace or clean air filters

• Clean blower motor drive mechanism

• Lubricate fan motors and moving parts

• Adjust dampers and set blower speed

• Clean level, test and calibrate thermostat

• Measure heating output

• Inspect and test thermocouple output

• Measure voltage and amperage

• Inspect and test transformers, relays and controls

• Repair motor air leaks in plenum and return airdrop

• Perform complete room-by-room carbon monoxide check of the entire house

• Suggest energy reduction ideas
